1) What is Baka Aircademy's main purpose?

Baka Aircademy started off providing preparatory training for the Aviation Industry and our efforts and work-ready trainees were recognized by other industries. Now Baka Aircademy is dedicated to shaping aspiring talents into work-ready professionals for the aviation, hospitality, and tourism industries. Since 2010, we have trained many individuals, and have a high track record of our trainees now having rewarding careers.




2) Do you offer programs other than aviation?

Absolutely. While we are known for aviation (e.g., Ground Handling, Flight Attendant training), we also offer accredited programs in Retail Outlet Operations and trainer/coach courses (ADI Induction, NDTS Coach), catering to a wider range of service industries.



3) Are your programs officially recognized?

Yes, our SKM programs are recognized. We are an accredited training provider under the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) / Department of Skills Development, under the Ministry of Human Resource. So our SKM programs lead to the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), a nationally recognized qualification that aligns with industry standards.



4) What makes your training method effective?

We use a dual training system (formerly known as NDTS, now ADI Apprenticeship), where learning is split between theoretical classroom sessions (20-30%) and hands-on, practical experience with industry partners (70-80%). This ensures graduates are truly work-ready.

What is the ADI Perantisan Induction Course?

This one-day course provides a clear foundation and understanding of the National Dual Training System (NDTS), now ADI Perantisan (Apprenticeship) system of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia training.

It is for :
TVET Graduates who would would like to pursue their passion to train with their industrial knowledge and experience. Industry worker who would like to be promoted to take on the responsibility to train others. Employers who would like to train their potential workforce with the required industrial skills relevant to their industry.

Benefits of this course:
Must have certification

  • to run ADI Perantisan main personnel (staff) required to run ADI typed SKM programs.
  • to set up ADI training centres or ADI employers companies.
  • to join NDTS Trainer or Coach training programs

E-certificate received is officially from JPK.

What is the NDTS Trainer Training course, and who should take it?

The NDTS Trainer Training course is for professionals who want to train the theory portion of the SKM programs. It is ideal for:

  • Experienced industry personnel who are attached to a training center that trains theory of the SKM program under the ADI system.
  • To be certified trainers for ADI Perantisan programs
  • Learn the methodology and requirements to train the apprentice successfully



7) What is the prerequisite for the NDTS Trainer /Coach Training course?

Participants must have first attended and completed the Kursus Induksi ADI Perantisan and possess the certificate from JPK (available via their MySPIKE account) before they can enroll.



8) What kind of career support do you offer trainees / apprentices?

We offer comprehensive job placement support, including updates on relevant job opportunities and training in interview skills and professional grooming to help students excel. Our strong track record is evident, with numerous graduates now employed in aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries. Our ADI Perantisan SKM programs consists of 70%-80% practical training with employers, significantly boosting apprentices' employability.



9) Who are your trainers?

Our trainers are highly qualified industry experts, each with over 25 years of work and training experience in airline, customer service, hospitality, and related sectors.



10) Do you have any other branches?

No, we do not. Our centre is the one and only in Kelana Square, Kelana Jaya, Selangor.



11) Is accommodation provided for outstation students?

Limited accommodation can be provided to outstation students when studying at our centre. The lodgings are within 5 mins walking distance to the training centre.



12) How accessible is your training centre?

Our centre is accessible by LRT and bus. Nearest LRT is LRT3, station SS7 which is operational end of 2025 or early 2026. However there are other LRT stations closeby such as Kelana Jaya and Glenmarie LRT stations.
